Certification Patient care Advanced practice provider Full Job Description About This Role Baptist Health Center for Clinical Research (BHCCR) is a dedicated clinical trials site within the Baptist Health Arkansas system, conducting Phase I-IV studies across multiple therapeutic areas. We are seeking a full-time APRN as a clinical practitioner to support our investigational research program. This role centers on protocol driven participant care within a compliance focused environment where data quality and patient safety take priority over volume. You will work in close collaboration with Principal Investigators and the Study Coordinators in a structured, professionally supportive setting. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical examinations and detailed medical history reviews for clinical trial participants Evaluate prospective participants for eligibility based on protocol-defined inclusion and exclusion criteria Monitor participants for adverse events; ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting to the Principal Investigator and study sponsor Order, perform, and interpret required clinical diagnostics, including laboratory panels, EKGs, and imaging studies Maintain precise, contemporaneous participant records and complete all required electronic study documentation Educate participants on study objectives, procedural expectations, and investigational product compliance Compensation & Benefits Compensation commensurate with experience.
