Clinic 8 am
  • 5 pm, Call variable/ alternating with other providers from 5 pm
  • 8 am Monday
  • Friday, 8am
  • 8am
Saturday and Sunday Summary:
The APRN provides direct patient care, diagnoses and treats health problems, and coordinates health care for the PACE population in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations. The APRN conducts Clinical Management in collaboration with other team members and serves as a consultant and resource to On-Call Professionals. The APRN models appropriate behavior as exemplified in the Complete Health with PACE mission and values.
Other information:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a current APRN Licensure. Eligible for Hospital Privileges. Minimum of one year's experience providing services to Frail Elderly population. Current in BLS and/or ACLS. Valid Arkansas Driver's License. Computer Skills. Clear of Communicable Diseases. Current on Immunizations. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
