Summary We are seeking a licensed Nurse to join our team at The Green House Cottages of Belle Meade in Paragould, Arkansas. responsibilities Help on floor as needed Rotating on call schedule All other duties as assigned RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term settings. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records. Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and respect for all residents. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Valid Nursing license in the state of Arkansas. Proven experience in critical care or long-term care settings. Strong skills in patient assessment and medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Compassionate approach towards patient care, particularly for elderly populations. BLS certification required; ACLS certification is a plus.
