Job Description

Overview Boozman Hof Eye Surgery and Laser Center is an outpatient surgery center that provides the highest quality eye care services, utilizing advanced surgical and laser techniques. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We pride ourselves on our team of skilled professionals who are committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive eye care. Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and families on health management. Perform scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure. Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure. Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use. Qualifications Experience in pre-operative and post-operative patient care is preferred Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Arkansas is required Proficient in administering medications and monitoring vital signs Ability to assist with surgical procedures and maintain sterile environments Strong verbal and written communication skills Compassionate patient care and patient education skills Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Job Details Full-time Schedule:
4 days per week X 10 hour days
