Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Travel Provide high-quality patient care and support as a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing. Use your expertise to make a meaningful difference for patients while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This contract opportunity offers a chance to broaden your professional experience, working with diverse cases in a supportive environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team Strong communication and critical thinking skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications a plus
Schedule:
As determined by the staffing needs (specifics provided during interview process)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with a range of medical and surgical conditions Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately Monitor patient status and report significant changes promptly Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care Document all aspects of patient care clearly and in accordance with facility standards Uphold infection control and safety guidelines at all times
