Employee | Commission-Based The Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Injector to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This position is ideal for a skilled injector who is passionate about natural results, patient safety, client education, and continued growth in the aesthetics industry. The Skin Clinic is a boutique medical aesthetics spa in beautiful Siloam Springs. We offer big city aesthetics in a small town setting. With our new build taking shape we will be Our injector will have access to products including Xeomin, Dysport, Daxxify, Restylane fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, and PDGF . Services may include neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments, consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care. We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, safety-focused, and aligned with our positive, education-centered clinic culture.
Responsibilities include:
Performing injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative treatments Conducting client consultations and creating customized treatment plans Educating clients on treatment options, expectations, risks, benefits, and aftercare Maintaining accurate medical documentation and treatment records Following all clinic protocols, safety standards, and Arkansas scope-of-practice requirements Participating in ongoing training, education, and team meetings Building strong client relationships and supporting long-term treatment plans Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized treatment space
Qualifications:
Active Arkansas RN license or higher required Minimum 2 years of injecting experience preferred Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, safety, and aesthetic best practices Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers required Experience with biostimulators and regenerative treatments preferred Excellent communication and consultation skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Must be a great fit for a positive, client-centered clinic environment
Compensation:
Commission-based pay Employee position Opportunity for growth, training, and expanded services as the clinic grows
Pay:
$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
