Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Basis Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our Primary/Pain Management Clinc located in Lowell/Springdale, Arkansas . This is a full-time Monday through Friday position with no evenings, weekends, or major holidays. As part of a collaborative healthcare team, the APRN will provide comprehensive pain management services while helping patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life through evidence-based treatment plans.

Full-Time Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits for acute and chronic pain conditions Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Perform comprehensive assessments, examinations, and documentation Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging Manage medications and monitor treatment effectiveness Educate patients and families regarding pain management options and treatment goals Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care coordination Qualifications Current APRN license in the State of Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain) National APRN certification DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Primary Care/Pain management, family practice or Urgent Care, experience is helpful Benefits Monday-Friday schedule Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Employer-paid malpractice insurance Employer-provided uniforms Annual performance and salary review opportunities Supportive and growing healthcare team About Basis Health Basis Health is dedicated to providing innovative, patient-centered healthcare services throughout Northwest Arkansas.
