Schedule:

Night shifts, 6:30 pm - 7:00 am Every other weekend required 13-week assignment, starting

ASAP Qualifications:

Current and active AR state or multistate RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Minimum 1 year of experience as a Behavioral Health RN SAMA (for crisis management) required; may be completed upon starting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care using the Nursing Process for adult psychiatric patients Exercise critical thinking, scientific judgement, and compassionate leadership to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training Prioritize and delegate responsibilities in accordance with staff education and experience Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel
