Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Strong knowledge of surgical asepsis and best practices in the perioperative environment Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and team dynamics
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical supplies are ready and sterile Assist surgeons during procedures, anticipating needs and maintaining aseptic technique Monitor patient status and provide effective interventions throughout surgical procedures Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate records and adhere to all hospital protocols for patient safety
