Key Qualifications:
Current and active RN license, valid in Arizona (or compact state eligibility) Prior experience in telemetry, progressive care, or step-down nursing environments Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills Adaptability, reliability, and a collaborative work ethic
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care and monitoring for adult patients with cardiac or telemetry needs Interpret EKGs and other cardiac monitoring results, responding promptly to changes Coordinate care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Support patient education and family communication Maintain thorough documentation and uphold high safety standards
