Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment Rotating shifts possible based on department needs
Key Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association strongly preferred) Excellent assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving clinical settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety and clinical best practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans Respond to changes in patient condition with timely interventions Maintain meticulous charting and accurate electronic health records
