Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel Registered Nurse (RN Case Manager) for a hospice client in Cottonwood, Arizona . This is a full-time, travel contract opportunity supporting hospice patients across Northern Arizona. Contract Details

    $54 to $56/hr

        • 4:30 PM
        Weekly Guarantee:
        40 hours
          On-Call/Weekend Requirement:
          Occasional backup/on-call coverage as needed Top Responsibilities + Provide hospice RN Case Management ( RNCM ) services across assigned coverage area + Perform symptom and medication management for end-of-life patients + Conduct patient admissions, recertifications, and PRN visits + Deliver personal care guidance, education, and emotional support to patients and families + Support families through end-of-life education and the dying process + Coordinate and manage ongoing symptom follow-ups + Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice care team to ensure continuity of care Required Qualifications + Active Registered Nurse (RN) license + Hospice experience required + Ability to work independently in home-based patient care setting + Strong clinical judgment in symptom management and end-of-life care Preferred Skills / Nice to Have + Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase EMR ) + Prior hospice RN Case Management ( RNCM ) experience + Strong communication skills for patient/family education and support + Ability to manage high patient load with productivity expectations Why work for Adecco?

          Pay Details:
