Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Telemetry or similar acute-care hospital setting Strong assessment, cardiac monitoring, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities Willingness to quickly adapt to new technology and electronic health record systems
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient conditions Deliver evidence-based nursing care and patient education Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Implement physician orders with accuracy and timeliness Maintain meticulous patient documentation Support patient and family needs in a compassionate, professional manner
