Everyday you'll leverage your expertise daily to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, excelling in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where every action directly impacts patient outcomes. To be successful in this role you must have exceptional critical thinking skills, a profound patient-first mindset, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Your ability to anticipate needs, adapt swiftly to changing conditions, and collaborate seamlessly within our interdisciplinary team will be paramount to success and deeply rewarded. Maintain effectiveness and make sound decisions in high-stress, rapidly evolving situations. Proactively learn and adapt to new cardiac interventions, technologies, and best practices. Actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and physicians. Exhibit precision and attention to detail in all aspects of patient care, medication, documentation, and sterile technique. Demonstrate emotional strength and genuine empathy for patients and families during challenging times. Registered Nurse:
