36 Hours Weekly Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in both Med-Surg and Observation settings. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience caring for adult acute care patients, and the flexibility to participate in call coverage as needed. Required Qualifications Active RN License. Minimum four (4) years of Medical-Surgical RN experience. Previous Observation Unit experience preferred. Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills. Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification. Ability to work in both Med-Surg and Observation units. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients. Float between Med-Surg and Observation units as needed. Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
