Duties As a Nurse, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Conducting thorough patient assessments Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring vital signs Documenting patient information accurately in EMR systems, adhering to HIPAA regulations Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options Managing acute pain, conducting triage, and ensuring infection control practices are followed Participating in discharge planning and case management for patients transitioning to home Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: RN License BLS and ACLS Proficiency in using healthcare software systems for medical documentation Knowledge of
