Hours Per Week Pay Rate:
$59
  • 62/hour
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care while ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions Evaluate and document resident responses to medications and treatments Participate in shift reports to ensure continuity of care Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Complete admission assessments for newly admitted residents Assist with care planning, MDS assessments, and resident reviews Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and support CNAs and nursing support staff Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) when necessary Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance programs Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility regulations Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and medical emergencies
Required Qualifications:
Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License Current unrestricted RN license in good standing Minimum 6 months of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience as an RN Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Knowledge of medication administration and nursing treatments Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience Rehabilitation or Geriatric Nursing experience Experience with MDS assessments and care planning Experience supervising CNAs or nursing support staff Experience working with geriatric populations
