Here at BrightStar Care, we are a 20-year-old home care company with offices all over the United States. Our Registered Nurses work with clients one-on-one in their homes. We provide care for a wide variety of individuals of any age, but typically tend to see elderly individuals. While our standard client shifts vary, this specific position is dedicated to covering our consistent Friday and weekend 12-hour shifts in the West Valley. Registered Nurse (RN)Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 care in the patient's home. Implement treatment and plans of care using physician orders and established nursing protocols. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes. Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures within the scope of practice defined by the Arizona Nurse Practice Act, adhering to company policies, procedures, and protocols. Registered Nurse (RN)Qualifications:
An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona. Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience. Reliable transportation for traveling directly to patients' homes. Valid Driver's License, active Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray.Travel Requirement:
Must be willing and able to travel to patient homes across the West Valley service areas, including Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, and surrounding neighborhoods.
