12-Hour Night Shifts Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality critical care services in Globe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong ICU experience and be flexible to float to the Medical Surgical unit when needed to support patient care operations. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor patient conditions and respond rapidly to changes in status Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments Operate and monitor critical care equipment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality care standards Float to the Med Surg unit as needed based on staffing and patient care requirements Required Certifications ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Qualifications Active RN License Previous ICU experience required Strong critical care assessment and patient management skills Must be willing to float to Med Surg when needed Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment Education Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Benefits Competitive weekly pay Housing stipend or assistance Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance Supportive and responsive staffing team Why Globe, AZ?
