Job Description

Ro Health is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who have a passion for working with pediatrics for the 2026-2027 school year. School nursing positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we're getting a head start on planning! This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting local schools and the students who rely on compassionate, skilled healthcare professionals like you.
Positions Available:
Full-time Monday – Friday Follow school schedule (no holidays or weekends) Shift times will vary on specifc case- typically start between 7:25-8:30am.

July 20 – August 4
RN Pay:
$36-40/hr
Responsibilities May Include:
Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills Maintain accurate and confidential health records Provide 1:1 care for students Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40-60 pounds)

Requirements/Qualifications:
At least 2 years nursing experience Pediatric experience (Highly Preferred) Tracheostomy experience (Highly Preferred) Active, Arizona nursing license (Required) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required) Valid TB Test (Required) CPR/BLS Certification – no online courses accepted! (Required) Passion for excellent pediatric patient care!
Physical Demands:
This position requires employees to use their hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Employees are frequently required to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time. The position may require lifting, bending, and crouching. The employee will occasionally lift/move up to 40-60 pounds.
