Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license (state or multistate compact) Minimum of one year recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient evaluation skills Effective communication and teamwork capabilities Flexibility and adaptability to new clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac status and other vital signs for patients on Telemetry units Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on individualized patient care plans Administer medications and provide post-procedure care Educate patients and families about ongoing treatments and recovery steps Document observations, actions, and changes accurately
