Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner. Delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient, potential for harm, patient stability, task complexity, and outcome predictability within the scope of skill set and practice. Uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs. Applies negotiation and conflict management strategies. Identifies opportunities for process improvement on nursing unit and actively participates in the implementation. Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
