Position Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings Complete thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and support staff for effective treatment delivery Accurately document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes Guide patients toward community resources and long-term recovery options
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Arizona or compact state eligibility Ability to commit to a fixed 12-hour day or night shift (no rotation required) Passion for behavioral health and patient-centered nursing Open to both new graduates and experienced
RNs Compensation and Differentials:
Base pay: $42
  • 52/hour, based on experience Weeknight differential: 10% Weekend day differential: 15% Weekend night differential: 30%
