$59

Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care within a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. The ideal candidate will deliver resident-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions Evaluate and document resident responses to medications and treatments Participate in shift reports to ensure continuity of care Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team members Complete admission assessments for newly admitted residents Assist with care planning, MDS assessments, and resident reviews Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Supervise and support CNAs and nursing support staff Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) when necessary Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives Attend required staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards Respond appropriately to resident condition changes and medical emergencies
Required Qualifications:
Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License Current unrestricted RN license in good standing Minimum 6 months of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience as an RN Strong clinical assessment and nursing documentation skills Knowledge of medication administration and nursing treatments Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet all onboarding and compliance requirements
