Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized in-home nursing care to patients in the Nogales/Rio Rico area Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families on health management and wellness Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For:

Licensure:

Active RN license in the state of

Arizona Experience:

Home health or hospice experience preferred (not required)

Transportation:

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Certifications:

Current CPR certification & negative TB test (assistance available)

Clearance:

Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance per regulations

Bilingual Preferred:

Spanish-speaking skills highly valued in our community

Education Requirements:
