Rim Country Health and Rehabilitation is a 109 bed skilled nursing and long term care facility located in Payson, AZ, in the heart of Arizona in the middle of Tonto National Forest. We have a secure memory care and behavioral health unit, long term care and rehabilitation units . •Competitive Pay Based on Experience•3.00/hr shift differential for Night Shift $1.50/hr weekend differential for Saturday and Sunday PRN rate increase of $2.00/hr Don't live in Payson, AZ? We are seeking an RN/LPN for Full-time, Part-time or PRN employment to join our team of skilled and passionate nurses. The RN/LPN position is a staff nurse who provides direct, primary nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care by CNAs; they assure smooth operations of the unit for their designated shift. Must hold an active license in good standing. (Background Check and Drug Screen) Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required within 30 days)
