Qualifications for Home Health RN Jobs Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. At least 1 year of professional nursing experience (home health nursing experience strongly preferred). Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification a plus. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to patient homes in Peoria and surrounding Maricopa areas .
