Outpatient / Procedural Care About the Organization and Role We are a 501c3 nonprofit health justice clinic seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mission-driven reproductive health practice providing patient-centered, evidence-based care that includes abortion and transgender care. This role is ideal for an RN who is committed to health equity, reproductive autonomy, and trauma-informed care, and who thrives in a collaborative, outpatient clinical environment. We provide later abortion care on site. Compensation and Benefits $38 / hour Flexible scheduling Supportive, mission-aligned workplace Opportunity to work in a meaningful, high-impact area of care Schedule & Flexibility Part-time hours (exact schedule TBD based on clinic needs and your availability) Potential for growth in hours over time Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an outpatient reproductive health setting Assist with medication and surgical abortion procedures (education, prep, support, recovery) Deliver clear, nonjudgmental patient education Triage patient needs and respond to clinical questions Maintain accurate documentation Support clinic flow and collaborate with providers and staff Qualifications Active Arizona RN License ACLS Certification (can obtain after hire) NRP Certification (required by AZ state law for abortion facilities and can be obtained after hire) Comfortable working in a transgender health and abortion care environment Adaptable, detail-oriented, and team-focused What We Value Respect for patients' lived experiences and decisions A deep commitment to reproductive justice and healthcare access A calm, supportive presence in clinical and procedural settings Commitment to patient autonomy, dignity, and culturally responsive care Continuous learning and professional growth How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief statement of interest describing your experience and what draws you to reproductive health care.
