• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health to join a mission-driven team in Central City, AZ.

Pay Rate:

• Key Responsibilities
• + Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient and crisis behavioral health settings + Deliver detox services and support crisis stabilization + Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans + Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams + Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff + Accurately document patient care and progress in the EMR
• Requirements
• + Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (required) + Current BLS certification (required) + Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health (required) + Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts + Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills + Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with behavioral health interest
