  • Full-time North Mountain Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, Arizona is looking to fill RN position for our NOC Shift .
We are continuing to train and consistently hire to provide the best quality of care we can to our patients, as well as maintaining a properly staffed and well-cultured team. RN Hourly rates will fall between 40-45 per hour. Rate consideration includes experience, shift selection, additional education, etc. Our clinical focus is advanced respiratory treatment and hemo-dialysis. We pride ourselves in maintaining a registry free nursing staff, high staff-patient ratio, and a culture of love and unity amongst staff and patients.
Our admissions criteria include:
Trach, Vent and HD . Our in-house Respiratory Therapy team provides most specialized treatment pertaining to trach's and vent's. All Nursing staff will be given competency based airway training to ensure skills and knowledge are sufficient to provide additional care when needed. Our in-house HD center is contracted through an outside company to provide seamless HD care without outpatient transport. We currently have a maximum capacity of 165 patients. Come in any day between 7am-7pm to fill out our facility application OR, apply via Indeed and request a PDF copy. We are located at 9155 N. 3rd Street Phoenix, AZ 85020 .
