This client-facing role blends hands-on patient care with concierge-level service, meaningful input on operations and new offerings, and the opportunity to participate in one of the fastest-growing areas in wellness through peptide therapies and commission opportunities. Why You Should Apply Earn $40/hr plus additional income through client tips and peptide sales commissions Full-time and part-time opportunities available Consistent weekly hours with comprehensive benefits eligibility for qualifying employees Paid training, clear protocols, and accessible clinical leadership Employer-sponsored fitness membership Work in the rapidly growing wellness and longevity space, including peptide therapies and personalized wellness services Collaborate directly with ownership and the medical director on new offerings and business growth initiatives What You'll Do Start IVs confidently and administer hydration therapies, vitamin infusions, peptide injections, and other wellness treatments per standing orders Educate clients on peptide therapies and other wellness offerings and support practice growth through commission-eligible peptide sales Deliver exceptional, concierge-level care in a boutique storefront wellness setting Help build community through local events, networking, and health education initiatives Track simple KPIs such as quality, patient feedback, and repeat visits and suggest process improvements Collaborate with the medical director on launching new product lines and wellness services Work with our marketing agency on campaigns, digital outreach, AI integrations, and other customer generation tools Help shape the patient experience and contribute ideas that support the continued growth of the business What You'll Need Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license Direct IV hydration therapy experience with reliable IV start skills required Experience in an infusion clinic, med spa, concierge medicine, or similar setting preferred Clear communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a patient-first approach Comfortable working independently in a small team environment Interest in wellness, longevity medicine, and peptide therapies Availability to work a rotating weekend schedule Ready to use your IV skills and help build something?
