September 1, 2026 Solvet is seeking a qualified Non-Clinical Case Manager to support the Army National Guard in Phoenix, Arizona. This position plays a vital role in coordinating non-clinical case management services for Service Members while ensuring compliance with military and healthcare program requirements. Position Summary The Non-Clinical Case Manager will provide comprehensive case management support services, assisting Service Members with care coordination, resource navigation, documentation, and follow-up activities. This role focuses on non-clinical support and requires strong organizational, communication, and case coordination skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate non-clinical case management services for Arizona Army National Guard personnel Conduct case intake, assessment, tracking, and follow-up activities Assist Service Members in identifying and accessing available resources and support services Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case documentation Collaborate with military leadership, healthcare providers, and community organizations as appropriate Monitor case progress and ensure continuity of support services Prepare reports and maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations and contract requirements Ensure compliance with all federal, state, military, and organizational policies and procedures Minimum Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred Experience in case management, care coordination, utilization management, or related healthcare services Knowledge of military healthcare systems and resources is highly desirable Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strict confidentiality Must be eligible to work in the United States and successfully complete all required background investigations and credentialing processes Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting military populations, veterans, or government healthcare programs Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential preferred Prior experience working with the Department of Defense, National Guard, or other federal agencies If you are interested please reach out to nwoods@solvet.com
