Tree Nursery Professional & Delivery Specialist

Our Install Division specializes in high end residential installs, including the placement of large specimen trees that transform properties. The Role We are looking for an experienced Nursery Professional & Tree and Equipment Transport Specialist to support our Construction Division. This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines small equipment operation with the skilled handling and delivery of large specimen trees including 60" to 84" box trees sourced from growers in Maricopa and Wickenburg for delivery to project sites across the Valley. You will work closely with our Construction Managers and field crews to ensure equipment and trees arrive safely, on time, and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities Nursery Professional who is Proficient in irrigation installation and maintenance Move skid steers, mini excavators, and other small construction equipment to job sites Drive trucks with trailers to transport equipment between project locations Manage pickup and delivery of 60" to 84" box trees from grower locations in Arizona to project sites in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and surrounding areas Handle large specimen trees safely, including loading, securing, transporting, and unloading without damage to root balls or canopies Coordinate with the Construction Manager on scheduling, site access, and delivery logistics Perform pre and post-trip inspections on trucks, trailers, and equipment Maintain equipment in good working order and report any maintenance needs promptly Support irrigation and plant installation work as needed on construction projects

What We're Looking For Required:

Demonstrated experience driving large trucks with long trailers Hands-on experience operating skid steers and mini excavators Proven experience handling large, high-value trees particularly box trees 60" and above Solid understanding of plant health, root ball integrity, and safe tree handling practices Ability to work independently in the field Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Preferred:

Experience with irrigation systems or landscape construction Familiarity with the Phoenix Metro area road network and delivery routes Ability to communicate effectively with field crews and managers Compensation & Schedule $30-$34 per hour, based on experience Full-time position Schedule aligned with active construction projects early start times typical in summer months How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed.
