Qualifications:
Valid RN license, eligible for practice in Arizona Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience Current BLS certification (AHA preferred) Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Experience in adapting to fast-paced, changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a varied patient caseload on the medical-surgical unit Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols Monitor and document patient status, responding to changes with sound clinical judgment Educate patients and families on health conditions and care processes Ensure patient safety and uphold the highest standards of professional practice
