Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, rotating shifts may be required depending on unit needs.
Key Qualifications:
Current, active RN license (state licensure or compact accepted) Proven experience in Telemetry or step-down units BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Adaptability and a positive attitude in fast-paced environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor cardiac and vital signs using telemetry equipment, promptly responding to patient status changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform assessments Educate patients and their families about conditions and care plans Accurately document all nursing interventions and patient responses
