Key Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license (state or compact) Minimum of one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments Proficiency with EHR systems preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct ongoing monitoring and assessment of telemetry patients Recognize, interpret, and promptly respond to cardiac rhythms and patient changes Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring patient safety at all times Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care Provide education and support to patients and their families Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes
