Registered Nurse Home Health - Full Time - Prescott Valley, Arizona Mountain Valley Home for Health is an important part of Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital's continuum of care. Located in Prescott Valley, AZ, Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is a 44 bed facility that is Nationally Recognized for being ranked in the TOP 10% for rehabilitative care. Mountain Valley Home for Health offers specialized medical care and rehabilitation to help individuals recover in their homes and achieve independence. We are a smaller local agency that receives consistently high Patient Satisfaction and Quality Patient Outcome scores. Our culture fosters engagement, diversity, and advocacy.
