Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (exact schedule to be provided during interview)
Key Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Adaptability to new technology and clinical protocols Experience in multi-disciplinary collaborative care settings desired
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly recognizing and addressing cardiac events Deliver comprehensive nursing care to diverse adult populations Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to establish and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families regarding treatment, recovery, and prevention Accurately document clinical observations and interventions using electronic health records Adhere to all facility-specific policies and quality standards
