Required Qualifications/Experience:
Valid RN license in good standing Minimum one year of recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings Willingness to relocate temporarily and embrace new environments
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to promote optimal outcomes Educate patients and families regarding ongoing health needs and recovery plans Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient status and care rendered
