Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective care Administer medications, perform procedures, and assist with diagnostic tests Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care Maintain accurate medical records and uphold all facility policies and protocols
