Role Requirements:
Active RN license with eligibility to practice in Arizona Minimum 1-2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience Advanced understanding of cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and patient assessment Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Adaptability to new clinical settings and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor telemetry patients and promptly identify changes in cardiac rhythms Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute individualized care plans Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac conditions and treatments Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety standards Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers as needed
