Required Qualifications & Experience:
Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona, or compact state license BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment Adaptability to fast-paced and changing patient care environments
Key Responsibilities:
Closely monitor patients with cardiac and other complex conditions using telemetry technology Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient status Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and document patient care accurately Provide education and support to patients and families for optimal outcomes
