Schedule/Hours:

Travel position with variable or flexible scheduling typical of travel healthcare assignments.

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent Stepdown or Progressive Care nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a Stepdown unit Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care plans Monitor and assess patient conditions, anticipating changes and responding swiftly Administer medications, therapies, and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and families on recovery processes and care plans Document thoroughly in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements
