Job Description

Immediate Openings - Flexible PRN Sapphire Hospice is seeking experienced Hospice Registered Nurses to perform admissions, evaluations, and start-of-care visits throughout the Valley.
We currently have opportunities in:
West Valley Central Phoenix Far East Valley / Mesa / Gilbert / Queen Creek Florence / Coolidge / Casa Grande area Responsibilities Hospice admissions Hospice evaluations Start of Care visits Patient and family education Documentation in EMR Coordinate with hospice clinical team Requirements Active Arizona RN License Hospice experience required Strong assessment skills Reliable transportation Compassionate, independent, and dependable We Offer Excellent per-visit compensation Flexible scheduling Supportive clinical leadership Fast onboarding Immediate patient assignments Competitive PRN Pay Admission Visits Evaluation Visits RN Visits Mileage reimbursement where applicable Whether you're looking for a few visits each week or additional PRN income, we'd love to speak with you.
