Job Description
New Destiny Healing - Behavioral Health Residential Facility We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse on a contract basis. - This would ideally suit someone who is looking for extra work as this position is as and when needed. The Contractor will be fulfilling the contracted position of Registered Nurse for the Business Entity. The Contractor will keep all required documents and licenses up to date for the term of the contract with Business Entity and will provide updated documents and licenses as required by the Board of Nursing. The Contractor will perform nursing assessments on new residents of the Business Entity within 72 hours of arrival to the facility. The Business Entity will notify the Contractor of new residents in the home via phone and the Contractor will identify a time to complete the nursing assessment. Nursing assessment documentation will be documented in the resident's file within the EMR within 24 hours of the assessment. Payment will be $50.00 per assessments - (assessments takes about 30-60mins) Must have AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card; Negative TB Test Certificate; Licence to practice in AZ. New Destiny Healing is a Residential Treatment Facility. Our focus is a recovery based program to support those in need of substance abuse treatment. Each of our (10 Bed) homes have been set up to allow our residents to receive the best care to meet their treatment goals in the least restrictive environment recommended.
