Job Overview Body Preserve is seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Wellness Provider (RN or NP) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider with experience in aesthetics and wellness who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and building long-term client relationships. The position includes performing aesthetic injections, supporting wellness services, and contributing to a high-end client experience centered around education, trust, and outcomes. The ideal candidate is confident in consultations, treatment planning, client retention, and delivering safe, results-driven care while continuing to grow within the evolving aesthetics industry. Key Responsibilities Aesthetic & Wellness Provider Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injections including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Administer wellness treatments including peptides, hormone support, and related services Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on treatment options, skincare, wellness, and post-care recommendations Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation Ensure safe, effective, and results-driven care for all clients Client Experience & Clinical Standards Deliver a high-end, personalized experience for every client Build strong client relationships focused on trust, retention, and long-term outcomes Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication at all times Stay current on industry trends, treatments, and best practices Support a positive, team-oriented clinic environment Business Growth & Team Support Support clinic growth through client retention, education, and service recommendations Participate in marketing initiatives, events, social media content, and community outreach as needed Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and overall clinic success Perform additional duties as needed to support the growth of the business Qualifications Active and unrestricted Arizona RN license (or NP license) Laser Certification in the state of Arizona is a plus 2+ years prior experience in aesthetic injections required Experience with wellness services such as peptides and hormone support preferred Experience with laser treatments preferred Prior med spa or aesthetic experience Strong communication and client relationship skills Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continued growth within the industry Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset Who We're Looking For A provider passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and innovation Someone excited to continue learning and growing within the industry A strong communicator who values client experience and long-term relationships A motivated, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and advanced training Supportive and collaborative team environment Employee discounts on treatments and products Full-time employees receive PTO and paid holidays Competitive commission opportunities with base pay
