Schedule:
12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM Tuesday
- Friday Job Description Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding home health opportunity where you can truly make a difference?
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 care in the patient's home. Implement treatment and plan of care using Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes. Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the company policy, procedures, and protocols. Registered Nurse (RN)Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Current BLS/CPR certification Up-to-date TB test or chestX-ray Additional Requirement:
Must be willing and able to travel to patient homes across multiple service areas including Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills.
