Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Responsible for the patient's admission to the facility, comprehensive pre-operative care, immediate post-operative care, and stabilization for return to the home environment. Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document patient's condition and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care

Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona ACLS and BLS certification required. PALS preferred Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in acute care or PACU is preferred Cardiac monitored nursing care experience preferred Skilled in IV insertion and inhalation therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
