Job Description:

Our boutique concierge longevity and IV therapy clinic is seeking highly skilled, reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) for rapid-response infusions. This is a PRN, on-call position perfect for wellness-minded nurses living locally in the South Scottsdale area who want to pick up extra income.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate, mix, and safely compound vitamin cocktails on-site, including Myers' Cocktails and specialized longevity formulas. Administer intravenous therapies and intramuscular (IM) injections, specifically Vitamin B12, Glutathione, and NAD+. Provide exceptional, personalized care aligned with functional medicine and longevity wellness goals.

Requirements:

Active, unencumbered Arizona RN license. Minimum 1-2 years of strong IV insertion experience, with a background directly in IV therapy clinics or functional medicine.

Specific Expertise:

Proven experience with vitamin mixing, nutrient compounding, and administering specialized treatments like NAD+ and Glutathione.

Proximity:

Must live close enough to Old Town Scottsdale to reliably arrive within 30 minutes of a call. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic PRN IV Infusion Nurse to join our on-call team, providing critical infusion services with a rapid 30-minute response time. This role offers the flexibility of on-demand scheduling while ensuring exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver specialized IV infusion treatments, including vitamin injections and hydration therapy expertise that will help improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care delivered in our community. Responsibilities Respond promptly to on-call requests within 30 minutes to deliver IV infusion services across multiple healthcare settings. Administer medications via IV insertion with precision, adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Assess patient needs through comprehensive evaluations, including vital signs, medical history, and current condition. Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor patients closely during and after infusion procedures, recognizing signs of adverse reactions or complications. Educate patients about infusion procedures, post-care instructions, and medication safety. Experience Proven experience in IV insertion and infusion therapy within hospital, outpatient, or wellness centers. Strong background in critical care settings such as Emergency Department, ICU or Level I Trauma Centers is preferred but not required. Prior exposure to working with individuals with disabilities or in hospice & palliative medicine enhances your suitability for this role. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are advantageous.
