Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans to ensure patient safety Directing and assisting in carrying out safe aseptic and sterile techniques/procedures Supervising and directing the activities of non-professional personnel as necessary Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document patient's condition and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care

Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona Minimum of 1 year of operating room nursing experience required Orthopedic nursing care experience preferred Orthopedic robotic experience preferred Ability to work independently as well as function within a team Ability to assess patient needs, determine priorities, plan and direct care for the Surgery patient Schedule flexibility a must Must possess the ability to handle stress Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
